Procurement & Vendor Management
Technical specifications, bid evaluation and vendor oversight through FAT and installation.
A short description is enough to begin: the products or dosage forms, the expected capacity, the site or building if one exists, the target markets, and the stage the project has reached. Existing studies, layouts or a project brief help us respond with a more precise scope.
Procurement support covers specifications, vendor prequalification, technical bid evaluation and FAT coordination. Construction support covers site engineering, submittal and shop-drawing review, inspections and handover support. The exact scope is agreed per project.
