Service 14 / 27 · Basic Engineering
From Concept to Defined Engineering.
Basic engineering converts the concept into a coordinated technical basis for detailed design. Process capacity, equipment philosophy, room program, zoning, flows and utility and HVAC concepts are fixed together, so that every discipline starts detailed design from the same assumptions. The outcome is a design basis that can be priced, reviewed and carried forward with fewer late changes.
